- Community must be EXTREMELY INCLUSIVE of EVERYONE
- Community must have continual activities that engages the entire STEAM(Science,Technology,Engineering,Arts,Mathematics)/Entrepreneurial stacks
- Attributing proper credit to those who actually do the work is the CURRENCY of the community
- BAD ACTORS must be held accountable by the community
- Leaders must have a long term commitment (20+ years)
- Art-Creative/Tech/Entrepreneurial talent must serve as leaders
