  • Community must be EXTREMELY INCLUSIVE of EVERYONE
  • Community must have continual activities that engages the entire STEAM(Science,Technology,Engineering,Arts,Mathematics)/Entrepreneurial stacks
  • Attributing proper credit to those who actually do the work is the CURRENCY of the community
  • BAD ACTORS must be held accountable by the community
  • Leaders must have a long term commitment (20+ years)
