• Culinary Arts

It is within the realm of the “Culinary Arts” that a few of the I85Cyber.org based the founders, entrepreneurs and startups provide a most unique mix of being authentic foodies and some seriously innovative technologist.

Exhibit A – Wade Preston and the team at Prevail Union Coffee

Not only does Prevail Union serve up a high quality cup of coffee, rated in 2025 by the World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops Organization as the #2 COFFEE SHOP in the ENTIRE US and 17th in the ENTIRE WORLD, but Preston and his team have been also pushing the boundaries around leveraging a most intriguing technologies known as Blockchain Technology and Stablecoins.

Who would ever have thought that one of the most technologically forward thinking “tech firms” within the I85Cyber.org happens to also be a small specialty coffee brand, roaster and micro-importer.
